Returns & Refunds
The policy
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Reply to your order confirmation email to start a return — a human reads those.
Airsoft guns that have been fired, consumables (BBs, gas), and clearance items are not returnable unless defective.
Defective on arrival
If something arrives broken or wrong, tell us within 7 days and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund including shipping, your choice.
Return shipping for non-defective returns is on the customer; refunds are issued within 5 business days of us receiving the item.
